We have air-shipments of fresh yellow-fin Tuna from Maldives to U.S.A. every week.  We are always sure to maintain and keep an unbroken cold chain in order to keep our high quality.  Our big fish cold chain begins the moment our tuna is caught.  Our cold rooms, blast freezers, and frozen store rooms are fitted with sensors, climate control, alarm, and redundancy systems to ensure optimal temperature at all times.  Read more about our fresh Tuna below.
