Tasty Fillet Recipe
1 pound swai fillet or any fish fillet you love
1/2 cup flour
Spices ( 1 tbsp cumin, garlic power, onion powder, and chipotle pepper)
2 tbsp oil
Place your flour and spices in a bowl or plate. Mix them
Dredge your fish fillets in the flour mixture and coat
Pour oil into a pan and heat it up.
Cook the fish 5 minutes each of sides util its surface turns
into golden-brown color.
If you need to cook your fish in more than one batch, clean out
your pan before starting the second batch. The flour that is left
in the pan from your first batch will burn while you are cooking
you second batch.
